How come they don't give you thrombolytics if you have abdominal aneurysm? - abdominal aneurysm more condition_symptoms

I know you give heparin after surgery, but you have a small aneurysm of 2 cm and you do not get to operate because they are young. You can give thrombolytics Dr. rid of blood clots in the aneurysm?
Thanks

Too much bleeding risk of some leak in the wall of the aneurysm, then it could prevent (if applicable) of aspirin on platelets. But no.

The problem with the aneurysm is a dilation of blood vessels, so that the thrombolytic treatment is not an AAA or mesenteric artery aneurysm. Eliminate the current treatment of choice for iliac stent graft is an AAA or aortic graft, which is intended to protect the aneurysm. Thrombolysis not see how it works, if the problem is the structure of the vascular ectasia would.

If a mesenteric vessel thrombosis, and can be selectively probed, then surely we can make catheter directed thrombolysis, but a thrombus, an aneurysm, not an end in itself.

not normally operate on an aneurysm until reaching 6 cm or leaks. Thrombolytic therapy is a risk of bleeding. If the aneurysm begins to lose or bleed bleeding. Risk, probably more than the benefits.
