Does anyone in Greensboro have an extra room for rent? - uncg and gay

Do I need a place to live near UNCG for less than 400 € including utilities pro. Any income a week or a month. I pay the first months in advance, plus some. Preferably, deposit, but you pay, if necessary. Preferably walking / biking / skating distance from school, so I have to pay the exorbitant parking fees. I would stay at a very cheap (but decent) hotel if the price was good. Internet or cable is not a necessity. I'm Gay Friendly, Christian-friendly, and fairly well with someone. Help!
